Mix Barnacle Brothers rum with ginger beer and ice. The citrussy flavour from the samphire contrasts with the ginger beer. For those wishing for more flavour, add lots of lime.

150ml of fiery Ginger beer of your choosing (We recommend Fentimans)
A squeeze of a lime
An optional drop of angostura bitters

A classic refreshing cocktail, reminiscent of summer time. Simply mix Barnacle Brothers with Lime, Soda, Mint leaves, Sugar syrup and lime wedges, lots of ice and enjoy!
